Follow these steps to get your account up and running.

### Step 1: Sign Up

- Visit our registration page and create your account.

### Step 2: Add your OF Account

- Once logged in, click the **Add Account** button.

### Step 3: Choose Your Setup Method

- You can choose between setting up the account yourself or having one of our managers assist you.

### Step 4: Self-Setup Options

You have two safe and secure options for self-setup. Your credentials are only accessible by the AI servers.

- **Option A: Enter Credentials**

  - **Turn OFF 2FA:** You'll need to temporarily disable Two-Factor Authentication to allow the AI to log in. You can re-enable it anytime to pause the service.
  - **Enter OF Login Details:** Provide your correct OF email and password.

- **Option B: Install Chrome Extension**
  - Follow the link from your Chrome desktop browser to install the extension.
  - The extension will guide you through the OF login process.
  - You will be redirected back to Fanalytics after a successful login.

### Step 5: Add Payment Info

- Enter your payment details to start your 7-day free trial.
- You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- To cancel, simply disable all features on the settings page or contact support.

## Understanding Data Syncing

- **Sync Time:** After setup, data syncing can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
- **Confirmation:** You'll know it's working when messages appear in your **Content Message Vault**.
- **Empty Vault?** If you have no prior mass messages, the vault may be empty. Sending some new ones will populate it automatically.

## Enabling Your Content

- **Maximize Sales:** Enable as many messages as possible to give the AI more to work with.
- **Clean Library:** Disable any duplicate messages to keep things organized.
- **Enhance AI:** Edit messages to add more detail for better matching, or use hashtags (`#`) for keywords.
- **Set Prices:** You can adjust the price for each message.

## Building Sequences and Prioritizing Content

- **Create Sequences:** Sort the table by the "Sequence" header to start building message sequences.
- **Prioritize Content:** Drag and drop messages to reorder them, or assign a sequence number in the edit view.
- **AI Logic:** The AI prioritizes content from higher-ranked sequences when messaging new fans.

## Customizing AI Personality

- **Navigate to AI Conversation:** Set up personal details the AI can use to mimic your style.
- **More Info, Better Mimicking:** The more details you provide, the more authentic the AI will be.
- **Restricted Terms:** Add terms like "custom requests" to flag certain conversations for your manual review.

## Activating the AI

- **Go to Settings:** Manage your subscription and activate the AI from the **Settings** tab.
- **Turn it On:** Toggle all settings to "ON" to start the AI.
- **Pausing Service:** Toggling all settings off will pause your subscription. You'll need to add the account again to restart.

Changed Your OnlyFans Password?

To ensure the Fanalytics AI does not send messages to certain fans, you can add them to a special exclusion list.

**Here's how to set it up:**

1. **Navigate to your Collections on OnlyFans.** You can access them directly via this link: [OnlyFans Collection Lists](https://onlyfans.com/my/collections/user-lists/).
2. **Create a new list.** Name it exactly `fanalytics exclude`. The name must be precise for the exclusion to work correctly.
3. **Add fans to the list.** Add any fan you wish to exclude from AI-generated messages to this list.

Once a fan is on the `fanalytics exclude` list, our AI will no longer send them any automated messages. You can add or remove fans from this list at any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We offer two ways to do this:

### Option 1: Cancel via Settings (Recommended)

This is the fastest way to cancel your subscription.

1.  **Go to your Settings page.** You can access it here: [Fanalytics Settings](https://www.fanalytics.ai/settings).
2.  **Disable all features.** Turn off all active features in your account. Disabling all features will automatically cancel your subscription, and you will not be billed further.

### Option 2: Contact Support

If you need assistance or prefer to cancel through our support team, please get in touch with us.

- **Contact us** through the chat widget on our website or send an email to our support address.
- Our team will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
